Jacob Grujic

Real Estate Analyst

Jacob is a commercial real estate analyst at Real Asset Industries. He focuses on financial and construction project modeling covering acquisitions, horizontal developments, vertical developments, and property management.

Prior to joining Real Asset Industries, Jacob worked in the merchant banking industry with Idea Financial.

Previous to that, Jacob held an internship position at Independent Trading Group in Toronto.

He has earned licenses and certificates in real estate, python, and Bloomberg market analytics.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami Herbert School of Business.

Outside of work – he’s probably training for a triathlon or chilling at the beach.  ​
