Stewart Green is the Chief Development Officer at Real Asset Industries.
He is a 30-year veteran of the real estate development business. His development experience spans the entire life cycle of the development process from land acquisition, to horizontal development, all the way through to vertical construction. Over the course of his career Stew has overseen the consummation of approximately $4B worth of construction/development projects.
Stew’s development experience spans a wide variety of real estate product types including Mixed Use, Office, Industrial, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Cultural, Hospitality. However, it is residential that is Stew’s preferred real estate asset class. He was the Market Leader for the Project & Development Advisory business in CBRE’s Northern/Central Florida. While there he managed projects for blue chip clients such as, Royal Caribbean, PepsiCo, CSX and Macquarie Bank. Stewart founded Colt-Green Construction Services, LLC in 2007, a consultant based professional development, design and construction manager.
As leader in the construction industry, Stewart has numerous industry accreditations/affiliations including: Past Chair – UNF Construction Management Board – 2021/22; Past Co-Chair UNF CM Board – 2020/21; Board Member UNF CM Board – 2017-23; Board Member – FYC – 2021-24; Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida—CGC 1514753 and a Certified LEED Associate.
Stewart graduated from Washington & Lee University, got a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from University of No. Florida, received a certificate in management from Harvard University for Real Estate & Risk Management, and a certificate from University of Texas at Dallas in Program Management, Real Estate.
